1. Services
Reel Reef Media provides professional real estate photography, videography, drone/aerial services, and related media content to real estate professionals, property owners, and agencies.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

3. Payment

Full payment is due upon delivery of the final media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Delivery
Standard delivery time is 24 - 48 hours after the shoot unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary depending on the type of service and volume of work.

5. Image Rights & Usage
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media for the purpose of marketing the property for sale or lease. Media may not be resold, transferred, or reused for another listing without prior written consent.
Reel Reef Media retains full copyright and ownership of all images and video content.

6. Weather & Property Conditions
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the property is photo-ready at the time of the shoot. Weather-related rescheduling is permitted at no charge if safety or quality is impacted.

7. Drone Services
All drone flights are conducted in accordance with FAA regulations. Flights may be canceled or postponed due to unsafe weather conditions, restricted airspace, or lack of authorization.

8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for obtaining permission to access the property and ensuring it is safe and accessible at the scheduled time. Additional fees may apply for delays, excessive travel, or waiting time.

9. Revisions & Edits
Basic editing is included. Additional edits or special requests may incur extra charges and must be discussed before delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability
Reel Reef Media is not liable for damages resulting from delays, technical failures, or client misuse of delivered content. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
